Refund policy

Returns

Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of All I Need Is Anime products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or changes of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor packaging wear caused during shipping
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Opened, used, or damaged products caused after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not already entered processing or shipment preparation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. Customers experiencing shipping issues should contact the carrier directly using their provided tracking information.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the financial institution or payment provider to process the refund.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, cancellations, or replacements in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
