Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods such as product launches, conventions, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order may ship once all items become available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of collectible and card game products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
